First and foremost a life saving club, Hampton Life Saving Club provides a safe environment at Hampton beach for swimmers and beach-goers. Our vibrant Nippers and Starfish Nippers programs see hundreds of children and youth learning vital lifesaving skills and taking part in fun physical activities all summer. If you're competitive, come train for carnivals where kids, teens and parents compete in a friendly and participative environment. Adults will find many opportunities to get involved, too—patrolling, member fitness, sport, social activities and assisting with Nippers. Come to the beach and see for yourself!
