Located on Beach Road, just north of Small Street in Hampton, the clubhouse offers magnificent views, good metered street parking, nearby shops and easy access to the beach. The HLSC function manager will be happy to answer all of your questions and make sure your event comes off just the way you imagine.

 

A great space for engagement and birthday parties, wakes, corporate functions and most general gatherings, the hall is a clean, open canvas to decorate as you like.

​Please advise the hall hire manager that you are an HLSC member. If you have volunteered at the club or your event is raising funds for charity, as you may be eligible for a discount.

 

Weddings: $1,550

​​Friday/Saturday/Sunday Evenings: $1,000

​​Saturday/Sunday Daytime: ​$175 per hour

​​Monday to Friday Daytime (7am-5pm): ​$150 per hour

Regular, repeat ​​bookings: Please contact us

Bond: $1,000

Hall Hire Process and Terms

First, check our hall hire calendar to see if your date might be available.

If you are not familiar with the venue, please make an appointment to view the facilities before you book. Upon booking, an invoice and hire agreement will be emailed to you. Your booking is secure when 50% of the costs are paid.

​

Read the full terms and conditions here, but please keep in mind: ​

  • You must return the venue in the same condition as it was hired to you

  • You are responsible for obtaining a liquor licence for the event if you intend to sell liquor

  • All rubbish must be removed at the end of the event

  • No glassware is permitted onto the balcony

  • Security is the responsibility of the hirer

  • Drinks must be finished by 12:30am and the premises vacated by 1am

  • There is a no-smoking policy in the hall and on the balcony

  • The cost of any damage will be taken from the bond
